How do I invite users to a collaborative meeting

Please note that collaborative meetings requires Trezi version 1.7. Please make sure that your Trezi is updated to the latest version and you are on a system capable of joining Trezi collaborative meetings. You can check for the hardware requirements in this article: Trezi hardware requirements

Users can be invited into a meeting by adding their email addresses and defining the view/edit rights for each one of them.

Location in the Trezi Launcher

The option to add users is located inside 'Create Meeting' tab.

Function

1. Add attendees to the meeting
   
2. Define the rights of attendees (View/Edit)
   
3. Send Invite
   

Step-by-Step

1. Open Trezi Launcher
   
2. Click on 'Meetings' icon on the left panel.
   
3. Click on 'Create a meeting' tab.
   
4. To add users follow below steps:
   
1. Enter the complete email ID of the user under 'User' column.
   
2. Choose option to provide rights to the user:
   
1. View Right: The attendees with view rights can only view. They would not be able to make any changes to the workspace.
   
2. Edit Right: The attendees can make changes to the model during the meeting.
3. Click on 'Invite' button.
   
4. Repeat above steps to invite each attendee to the collaborative meeting.
