How do I join a collaborative meeting


Please note that collaborative meetings requires Trezi version 1.7. Please make sure that your Trezi is updated to the latest version and you are on a system capable of joining Trezi collaborative meetings. You can check for the hardware requirements in this article: Trezi hardware requirements

Once the meeting is setup by the organizer, all the attendees will be able to see the meeting in 'Upcoming meeting' tab of Trezi launcher.

Location in the Trezi Launcher

For the Organizer

The organizer of the meeting can join the meeting by opening 'Upcoming Meetings' tab under 'Meetings' and clicking on 'Start meeting' button.

For the attendees

All the attendees that have been invited to the meeting can see the details of the meeting by opening 'Upcoming Meetings' tab under 'Meetings'.
Attendees can join the meeting by performing following steps:
  1. Download the project required for the meeting
  2. Join the meeting

Step-by-Step

For Organizer of the meeting

  1. Open Trezi Launcher
  2. Select 'Meetings' icon on the left panel
  3. Click on 'Upcoming meetings' tab to see the list of all the planned meetings
  4. Click on  to open the details of the meeting

  1. Click on 'Start meeting' to launch Trezi Viewer and start the meeting.

For Attendees of the meeting

  1. Open Trezi Launcher
  2. Select 'Meetings' icon on the left panel
  3. Click on 'Upcoming meetings' tab to see the list of all the planned meetings
  4. Click on  to open the details of the meeting

  1. Click on 'Download project' button to download the project to your system
  2. Click on 'Join meeting' button to launch Trezi Viewer and join the meeting
