The Basics: Trezi User Account

You may login to your user account on trezi.com - click 'Login' in the upper right of the home page.

From the login page you may:
  1. Enter your email address and password and SIGN IN to your Trezi account; or
  2. Click FORGOT PASSWORD to reset your password; or
  3. Click CREATE ACCOUNT to setup up a new Trezi account.


There are 4 areas of the User Account:
  1. My profile
  2. My subscription
  3. My communication preferences
  4. Download
When you login, the My subscription area is presented and it displays the details of your current subscription.
If you are currently using a Free Trial, there is a Subscribe button that will take you to the Pricing page.



The My profile area allows you to edit your profile information.
Click the EDIT button to start the editing process.


When finished, click the UPDATE button to save your changes.


The My communication preferences area allows to to select the communications you want to receive from us. Check or un-check the boxes and then click SAVE CHANGES.


At any time you may download the Trezi Setup.exe file by clicking the download button in the upper right corner.
The Trezi Setup.exe file will manually update the Trezi Launcher.
