What is a Trezi collaborative meeting
Please note that collaborative meetings requires Trezi version 1.7. Please make sure that your Trezi is updated to the latest version and you are on a system capable of joining Trezi collaborative meetings. You can check for the hardware requirements in this article: Trezi hardware requirements
Trezi collaborative meetings is currently in alpha - it is rough around the edges. Please let us know your feedback on it.
Trezi collaborative meetings allow you to collaborate with other users from anywhere in the world. With Trezi collaborative meetings you can:
- Invite both existing Trezi users and non-Trezi users to the meeting
- Join collaborative meeting from both VR and desktop modes as well as switch modes during the meeting
- Assign attendees with edit rights to allow them to contribute to the workspace or view rights when you want to show your work
- Setup an immediate collaborative meeting or schedule a meeting for later
- Save changes done by everyone back to the Trezi workspace
Here are some of the features coming to Trezi collaborative meetings in the upcoming releases:
- Built-in voice chat
- Commenting on objects
- Meeting reports for all attendees covering all the changes done and comments added by users
