How do I Turn off auto renewal setting?
Users can turn off auto renewal of their subscription of Trezi by logging into their website account and updating the subscription settings.
To remove auto-renewal setting from your Trezi account please follow below mentioned steps:
- In web browser, goto/copy-paste following link: https://trezi.smartvizx.com/#/login
- Use your subscription email ID and respective password to login to your account.
- Goto 'My Subscription' tab as shown in below screenshot:
- Please check the the status displayed against 'Auto renewal' as shown in screenshot below:
- If it is set to 'Yes' please click on 'Cancel My Subscription' button (screenshot below):
Please note that the subscription will become inactive after the current period is over and it will have to be renewed manually to continue using the product.
