The Basics: Forgot Password and Account Password Reset

When you forget or want to reset (change) your password, go to the Trezi User Account Sign In page
and Click the FORGOT PASSWORD? button:



On the next page, enter the email address used to create your Trezi account and click CONTINUE



An email will be sent to the email address entered, check your spam folder just in case.
Click the link in the email



Enter your new password and click RESET PASSWORD
The green check-marks indicate the password entered in both fields match.
