How do I see meeting reports

Introduction

The meeting reports can be accessed from the past meetings tab by the meeting hosts. Click on the View report button to open the meeting report in your default browser:

The meeting report is divided into four sections:

1. Meeting details: meeting schedule, host and attendee details with their rights
   
2. Attendance: time when attendees joined and left the meeting
   
3. Changes made: changes made when comparing the workspace from the start to the end of the meeting. Annotations, material changes and objects inserted from the asset library are listed in this section
   
4. Media generated: screenshots taken during the meeting and panotours will be listed here.

Sharing meeting reports

There are two ways to share the meeting reports:

1. You can share the url from the browser to the person you want to share the report to
   
2. You can print to PDF using the browser's print function and then share the PDF using conventional means
